Battling with Time

The original purpose of this blog was to keep track of my weight loss, however, time has gotten the better of me. Over the summer I lost 25 pounds by eating more healthy and working out at Curves at least 4 times per week. Well, since school has started, it has been almost impossible for me to get to Curves while they are open. I have now managed to find a couple of times a week that I can definitely work out and then some optional days, depending on sports schedules, etc. The weight loss obviously stalled when I didn't have a normal workout schedule, so let's see what happens over the next couple of weeks...hopefully it will be good!
